Sunday Morning Worship
Aug 2, 2026 • Rev. Rick Stauffer
We're continuing our summer study through Proverbs 1–9, and Solomon shifts here from big-picture wisdom to hard, practical application for his son Rehoboam. It reads like plain common sense, but if we're honest, it convicts. There are places in our own lives that aren't lining up with it. We'll walk through three areas Solomon addresses: money, work, and power. Looking first at how it landed for Rehoboam, then how it applies to us practically, and finally how it speaks to our walk with Jesus.
